How to Recharge through Tpayindia

Follow these simple steps to quick online recharge,

  • Select your service like mobile, DTH, data card, bus ticket booking
  • Enter your service number ( mobile number, customer ID)
  • Select your service operator,
  • After that you will choose your user category like continue as guest, register user, new user.
  • Continue as guest - it will ask your mail id only. But if you want your transaction detail, registration is essential for that.
  • New user - it will take you in registration page. If you are planning to become a distributor, please choose a register option (new user). It will give more details to you.

    Note: only registered users can get the commission and benefits from tpayindia.

  • Register user- if you are already member of tpayindia, just login your account.
  • Next you will choose your payment option in our payment gateway service, like credit cards, debit cards and net banking.
  • This will ask your credit card and debit card no, net banking ID. you can choose debit card as payment option most probably.
  • We will keep that confidentially. For more information please refer our privacy policy.
  • Then click pay button, the recharge amount will be debited from your respective bank account after that you will get recharged for the same within seconds.

If the recharge was not done within 30 minutes of the transaction, you can follow these steps:

I. Already user:

  • If you are an already user, log in your account with your correct user name and pass word.
  • Then you can check your details in 3 options like recharge history, credit history, and balance detail in your tpayindia account.
  • If your account does not satisfaction your need, Go to contact us page enter your mail id and include your transaction detail like order no, service no, transaction no, mobile no, recharge amount, date of transaction, etc. and send to us.
  • We will analyse your transaction details, and take appropriate decision.
  • If you enter the invalid number or choose wrong service provider, we are not responsible for that. In those cases, the transaction amount will not be refundable.
  • If that transaction is refundable, tpayindia will update your transaction amount to your tpayindia account. Then you can use it for another transaction.
  • Note: we will not credit that amount to your bank amount.

II. As a guest:

  • If you are a guest and you want a refund amount for failed recharge transaction, go to contact us page.
  • Give your appropriate mail id, send to us.
  • Note: please give whatever mail id entered for recharge.
  • We will analyse your transaction details, and take appropriate decision.
  • Note: As a guest, you cannot verify your failed transaction details by yourself.
  • If you want check your failed transaction details by yourself, you should register with tpayindia. And login your account.
  • Then you can check your details in 3 options like recharge history, credit history, and balance detail in your tpayindia account.
  • If your account does not satisfaction your need, Go to contact us page, enter your mail id and include your transaction detail like order no, service no, transaction no, mobile no, recharge amount, date of transaction, etc. and send to us.
  • If you enter the invalid number or choose wrong service provider, we are not responsible for that. In those cases, the transaction amount will not be refundable.
